The personal project Stamps: Cities of art director and illustrator Elen Winata fuels travel lust, just as every self-respecting stamp should.

Starting off an an outlet for her thirst to travel, Winata’s stamps serve as items to cross off in her destination bucket list. Using clean lines and vibrant colors as her works are known for, she illustrates cities like Reykjavik, St. Petersburg, Lisbon or Copenhagen with specific landmarks and charming characters.

Winata graduated from The Art Institute in New York, and is now based in Singapore where she works as a freelance artist. With an impressive list of clients including Starbucks, National Geographic and SilkAir under her belt, we don’t need an extensive travel list to know that this artist is definitely going places.
