Lithuanian architect Vytautas Puzeras of Puzero Design may very well be the one to convince non-campers to go camping, with the help of Oasis, a modern-day tent that lets you bask in nature… all 360° of it, thanks to its transparent, dome-shaped form.
The portable shelter, which can be built in half a day (depending, I suppose, on your level of handyman skills), was designed for people who love spending time outdoors. Fitting easily in a small trailer or a big-sized vehicle, you can transport the dome easily. Materials were tested to withstand strong winds and rain: its arches are made of humidity-resistant segmented veneer, which support a special transparent canopy that will give you an unobstructed view of the night sky when lying down. Oasis can accommodate up to six people, and no, it wouldn’t be as cramped as you think, as the floors are integrated with built-in storage space. As a reluctant camper, I wouldn’t mind spending a few nights in this tent that takes camping to another level.
