We love pizza – even the inedible ones, like these bizarrely-themed concoctions by Parisian design studio Black Pizza. In their self-promotional project Pizza is the New Black, they’ve cooked up eleven colorful homages to the symbol of sharing and pop culture. Along with gourmet chef/ organic food caterer Julie Basset and photographer Erwan Fichou, the project is an explosion of color, ping pong balls, Tiger balm, toothpaste, chopsticks and also a goldfish (swimming in a bowl of water, thankfully). Just goes to show how a simple idea can go a long (and colorful) way.
