Socks, high-heeled shoes, fruit, and washing lines… Elizaveta Belalova’s photographic series is a surreal expression of her creativity. Beautifully composed images of food being squashed beneath stiletto heels and hung up alongside dainty socks are part of the abstract series, ‘Blossoming for Sockseason’, that Belalova has created.
The Russian fashion and still-life photographer brings her signature pastel colors and sense of humor to a project that has more than a little in common with her fashion editorial work, just without any appearance from a model above the ankle.
