As Taipei City prepares to host the 29th Summer Universiade Games, the city has turned its transport system into sporting arenas to whip up the excitement. Gone are the usual bland subway carriages on the city’s underground network, having been replaced by lifelike depictions of pools, running tracks and soccer pitches for commuters to test themselves on.

A quirky ad campaign designed to pump up the excitement, the all-encompassing carriage dressing is certainly more interesting than the usual billboards you find in trains, creating a fully immersive world in preparation of the games which kick off on August 19 2017.
