Norwegian artist Rune Guneriussen uses the remotest areas of Norway’s forests as a canvas for his poetic series of site-specific art installations, titled Wall. Grouped in clusters or spread out in an organised manner, Guneriussen arranges books, chair, lamps and lights in natural landscapes, bringing together a compelling visual narrative of object, story and space.

Believing that art should be questioning and bewildering as opposed to patronising and restricting, Guneriussen states that his work is “an approach to the balance between nature and human culture, and all the sublevels of our own existence.”
