If you’re into off-grid adventures that take you as close as you can possibly be to living at one with nature, then the newest addition to Sweden’s Treehotel is going to inspire some immediate wanderlust. Located in the middle of a dense pine forest in Northern Sweden, the new ‘7th Room’ is suspended ten metres above the forest floor presenting anyone lucky enough to stay in it with breathtaking views of the woodland canopy and over the nearby Lule River.
Designed by Snohetta architects, the room’s floor to ceiling glass windows draw the eyes towards the stunning vistas, while a tree grows through the middle of the elevated cabin, further blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living.
