In his low poly art project Kingdom Series, Ahmed Ali creates sprawling landscapes fit for a king. The Cairo-based 3D artist built amazing renders of interior and exterior cityscapes. Revolving around the theme of New Years eve, he portrays fictional cities greatly inspired by London, Japan or India. Bathed in the pink glows of a sunrise or the energetic vibe of colourful light projections, the architectural landscapes he creates are a sight to behold.
Rendering, colouring and composting were done with the programs Maya, C4D, Bay, Photoshop and Substance. It’s aAli, whose work revolves around digital creation and concepts, finds inspiration from fellow artists and looks to the artistic community for inspiration and ideas, funnelling these influences into his own distinct style.
