Hailing from Argentina, artist Luciana Rondolini creates bling like nothing you’ve ever seen before. By encrusting jewels onto the skin of rotting fruit, Rondolini explores the theme of inner and outer beauty in Tiffany.  The fruits’ exposed decay and bejeweled appearance can be seen as a critique of society and human behavior.

According to the artist, the project is “a reflection of the ambiguity of which one wants in the immediacy of the moment by its quality of novelty, compared to its real value and condition being perishable.”
