If ever we needed the creative fix of inspiring photo journals then it’s now. And while we continue to pine for the chance to explore the world again, we’re thankful to be able to live vicariously through the work of photographers like Caitlin Fullam. In her series, Desert Dreamscapes, she takes us on an adventure through the dusty roads of Capitol Reef Park, Utah, her images enveloping us with the sense of dry heat and dust that covers the remote landscape.
Not overly concerned with capturing the most realistic images, Fullam’s mission is instead to create feelings with her work, which is perhaps why her images tend to inspire a genuine sense of wanderlust.
