Bling Up Your Houseplants with these Bubble-Shaped Glass Hoods

No design field is too small or too big for Yuhsien Design Studio to conquer… evident in their diverse and impressive portfolio, which ranges from small objects to homeware to bespoke furniture pieces, some of which have featured in collaborations with the likes of IKEA, Starbucks and DJI, among others. Founder Yuhsien Lin, a graduate of Domus Academy in Milan, maintains a design philosophy of granting each of his creations their own identities while preserving their original aesthetics.

On that note, it’s not surprising that Bubble, a catchy collection of glass-blown flower hoods in various organic and irregular forms, comes from the studio’s workshop. The whimsical idea explores the ethereality of bubbles, a play on how they look just before they pop. Their whimsical, unique forms assert themselves (deservedly) as conversation pieces in any room they’re in. Exclusively blown by glass craftsmen, each Bubble is one-of-a-kind.

Introducing a new way for people to interact with their houseplants and flowers, the collection “encourages the use of the hoods as a ritualistic action, making the essence of floral art more attractive through the interaction with the product.” Follow the studio’s work on their website and Instagram.
