Nida House by art and architecture studio Pezo von Ellrichshausen takes the form of an inverted pyramid, a unique and unusual stand-out structure in the seaside Chilean town of Navidad.

Each level is a succession of platforms with increasing floor space. And just like the home’s inverted form, the interior presents an atypical appointment of living spaces as well. Sleeping quarters are located on the first and second floors, while the top tier – the widest floor space – houses an open-plan living and dining area. The residence’s entirety is linked via a spiral staircase, with each level fitted with huge sliding glass doors offering views of the property’s vegetation, as well as breathtaking ocean views from the top floor. It goes without saying that Pezo von Ellrichshausen successfully achieved an exceptional architectural vision with this amazing home.
