A grand open living space is the heartbeat of the home, a gathering area spacious enough to accommodate the full gamut of household activities in a multigenerational home. From horticulture to cooking, games to movies, the main room is a focal feature from which all other rooms deviate. 

Doors pull back into deep pockets, creating a relationship between the interior and exterior that enables the family to enjoy its own green oasis in the heart of the busy city. The dappled sunlight comes courtesy of pockmarked exterior shields that create both privacy and a dreamy playfulness with the natural light.
